shhhh – aroma therapy yoga. three hours of yin yoga taught by two of my favorite inner fire instructors. yin yoga paired with essential oils. oh so relaxing i just wanted to fall asleep (and maybe i did). the class was deep stretches, which we have already established i am very good at, and ended in a meditation. my eyes were closed for much of the three relaxing blissful & peaceful hours.
