on the train. riding the 1.5 hours back to our hostel in genoa from the full day hike at the cinque terre. and what a day! the hike was 4-5 hours of hiking through five fishing villages on the coast of Italy beautiful beautiful. and tiring. i swear to you this is the one place on earth that defies gravity and is an uphill hike both ways. ryan popped in the ear buds and nodded off; i quickly followed suit sans headphones.
