working with ryan (not roommate ryan or brother ryan; barriques ryan). ryan is a master speed-worker. always antsy to get moving out the door. i’d take it personal if i were someone who took things ryan did personal. but luckily i’m not. folding up the clean towels for the openers while ryan shuts down the soup station for the night. getting ready for the mad-rush of closing duties that starts half an hour before close.
