cleaning up after dinner. baked potato and brussel sprouts. usually i get real antsy when a baked potato is cooking, and eat ‘appetizers’ until i’m not hungry anymore when the potato is finally done. i played it right this time around and popped it in the toaster oven while i went to an hour long yoga class. perfect timing. roasted brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinaigrette, and honey. the honey bottle says in big letters: ‘do not feed to infants under the age of 1’. not really sure why? but i guess i won’t argue.

I have an answer! There is a bacteria that can live in honey and children under 1 year old can be adversely affected (killed) by it because they don't have strong enough immune systems. I feel like I just spelled a bunch of stuff wrong... Bjorn
