barriquing with jess, again. warming foaming frothing some milk to 140 degrees for a beverage. hot chocolate, maybe? latte? we close at 9 on thursdays, so we have a bit more time to get all the closing stuff done, and we have quite a few more customers at 7:30, since they have ninety minutes to enjoy their drink ‘for here’ if they’d like.
