barriques work. working with leah. getting ready to close – a nice 8pm closing on saturday. checking out one of the leftover single espresso shots. we pull double shots always, so if people want a single shot drink, there’s an extra one hanging out. what should i do with this? wait for someone to order a single or triple drink? make myself a drink? reserve it for a milkshake? or…? counting down the hours until i head from barriques to chris koza at the union.
